Monkey Bizness Sheffield will be reopening 17th May,

subject to prevailing Government guidelines.

 

We will review this continually and make changes where necessary following all advice and guidance given by the Government.

 

  • Online booking only no admissions on the door
  • Payment must be made in full when booking and no refund can be given
  • Only one adult per child allowed
  • No cash payments
  • Reduced capacity to allow social distancing
  • Personal details will be taken when making the booking for track and trace purposes
  • Hand sanitiser available at multiple locations around the centre
  • All adults are required to wear a face mask upon entry to the building. Face masks may only be removed when seated at your table eating or drinking, unless exempt following Government guidance
  • Play sessions are 1hr 45 minutes to avoid congestion
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures including all play equipment to be fogged cleaned in between every session
  • If you display signs of being unwell you will be refused entry to the centre
  • Your temperature may be taken upon arrival
  • Social distancing must be adhered to at all times whilst visiting Monkey Bizness
  • Due to new government guidelines we are unable to open our Sensory Room, at the time being, we will update all customers as soon as we are able to reopen this facility
  • You must not meet socially with friends and family indoors in any setting unless you live with them or have formed a support bubble with them. This includes private homes, and any other indoor venues such as pubs and restaurants.
  • Please observe the government guidance on the rule of 6 before making a booking.
